The pulverized material does not exceed half of the pulverizing tank. The height of the comminuted material is not lower than the blade.2. The pulverized material should be kept dry and free of moisture and grease.3. When starting, if the blade is stuck by the crushed material and the motor can't run (beep), please cut off the power immediately to avoid burning the motor, then remove the block, check the fuse and restart the machine.4. Smash the hard drug into a powder for 1-2 minutes. Do not operate the machine for more than five minutes in a row for a long time. You can use the unit at intervals.5. Do not wash the machine with water. You can clean the machine with a damp cloth or a brush.6. Do not open the top cover or shake hands when using.7. If the motor is not running, you must turn off the power.8. Regularly check that the blade is secure and that the set screw is stable.

While I like the product, it takes a bit to clean.Get an old toothbrush and scrub thoroughlyThis grinder is perfect and easy to use.Clean up is fine with a paper towel and condensed air can.Requested via email the missing tool to remove the bolt and blade. Have inquired 3 times with no response. Product works great...but you can't change the blades because the bolt cannot be removed without the tool in the image provided in the small product description pamphlet provided with order. Would desperately like to have the missing part of my order.Motor went bad after 3 months.it does grind to a powder which was what i was looking for. i'm not giving it 5 stars because it mildly heats up and the instructions say wait 10 minutes in between grindings. because i have much to grind at one time, this part is not ideal for my needs.I really wanted to like this product so when first one threw sparks at the bottom of swing chamber, I returned and asked Amazon to send a replacement. However, replacement also threw sparks at switch when turning off. Both times I can also smell burned wire smell. So I decided this is just flawed product and not worth trying. I am not quiet sure how it has such good reviews with this kind of issues. Amazon showed it had only 8 in stock when I ordered and out of that the 2 I got were faulty.Because it is such high RPM machine, it does grind well.
