I guess cos it's a UK manufacture (ie curries are more faithful there than the varieties I've encountered here in the US), it was just an awesome tester for me. Cooked my usual chicken thigh meat, added the powdered spice blend (affixed to the top of the jar) to cook for a further few minutes, then added the sauce from the jar (plus a little full cream). Just wonderful. I'm now stocking up on a further 8 jars. Just saying!!delicous
